I finally made it...a matching fake rowhouse for the Ruin Gardens Bar & Grill.

and you will need Inge Jones' Mod to make the Sofa work correctly.

Notes:
1. This is a fake Rowhouse created with the LotAdjuster by Mootilda. I will release other matching houses as I build them. If you don't want the Rowhouse look just delete the walls that touch the lot border.
2. Unfortunately the dressing booth I used turned out to be decorative. If you want a working one I suggest to replace them with the cheap one from the Basegame. It does look decent with the frame.
3. Throw the files from the Master folder into your game before you install the lot to avoid blue-flashy objects.

 :( I would have loved to built it only with NL but couldn't find a decent looking clothing rack for the girls that dind't require OFB. Sorry.
