"Modern Loft"

Here is a new Loft for your single simmies. The lines are clean and modern once again and you can combine in your town with Casa de Moderno. It is build on a small lot. Has one underground garage, small side yard with one quite big pool. There are no walls inside so you can choose if you want big open spaces or small ones.

In order for this to play you need Sims2 Clean Pack Installer.
