Notes:
1. This is a fake Rowhouse created with the LotAdjuster by Mootilda. I will release other matching houses as I build them. If you don't want the Rowhouse look just delete the walls that touch the lot border.
2. Throw the files from the Master folder into your game before you install the lot to avoid blue-flashy objects.

This is one of those things that go into every neighborhood.

Andrew, built a coffee bar and grill for me a few years ago. That goes into every neighborhood. Now, I'll start adding the Men's Shop too.

I haven't installed it yet. But, I am going to.
